The vintage car museum
Visit our fascinating vintage car museum right at the Lafette Inn and delve into over 100 years of automotive history. Our small collection includes historical vehicles and equipment from the Black Forest Mountain Rescue Service. Highlights include an old petrol station from the 1920s and various small vehicles that document the development of the automobile.

A special atmosphere
The vaulted cellar
The new and largely glazed vestibule houses the small vintage car museum, and it's also where the café with historical exhibits is located. From here, the historical vaulted cellar is accessible. This is a historical gem with a rustic natural stone vault and an integrated well. It accommodates over 50 people and is perfect for exclusive events like birthday celebrations, wedding ceremonies and small gatherings. The cosy atmosphere and its own WC facilities make it ideal for private parties. A new glazed lift tower with a viewing platform connects the building from the cellar to the event barn.
